From invoicing and payroll to project management, proposals, expenses, and time tracking — everything runs securely from one intuitive dashboard, making daily operations faster, simpler, and more efficient.
We were born from a real-world problem: confusing handwritten invoices, manual wage tracking, and a lack of financial visibility in everyday African business life. We set out to change that — and we haven’t stopped since.

The Opportunity
What you’ll be doing
We’re building our mobile app from the ground up using React Native, and we need a senior UI/UX designer who is passionate about crafting experiences that work beautifully for African entrepreneurs. You will own the end-to-end design process — from user research and wireframing through to polished, developer-ready interfaces — working directly alongside our product and engineering teams.

Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling mobile interfaces for the Prompt Integrated React Native app.

Conduct user research and usability testing with African SME owners and freelancers to ground every design decision in real needs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups across all core product modules: invoicing, payroll, expenses, projects, proposals, and payments.

Build and maintain a cohesive mobile design system that scales across screens and feature sets.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure faithful, pixel-accurate implementation of designs.

Contribute to shaping the overall product vision and advocate for the best possible user experience at every stage.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements & skills
01
Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first work.

Proven experience designing for React Native or cross-platform mobile environments.

Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, human interface guidelines, and accessibility standards (iOS & Android).

Experience designing complex, data-rich B2B or fintech applications is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams.

Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
+
Bonus: Familiarity with the African market, local payment systems (MTN MoMo, Paystack), or experience designing for emerging markets.
